Challenges

The client had a lot of paperwork, duplicate entries into management systems and many manual workflows.

Hurdles in transferring information between branches in different countries added to the challenge. Tackling global vendor management on paper was a daily struggle.

Solutions

The client engaged MSBC to design and develop a mobile-first digital transformation, to streamline relocation packing and warehousing processes. Our Business Analysts, Solution Architects and Consulting team worked closely with the client to craft a solution that integrated into the company’s infrastructure and ecosystem. This was initially an MVP and then rolled out as a fully-fledged centralised system for over 50 countries, developed by our mobile & web development experts.

The system leverages iOS mobile devices and barcode scanners to capture detailed inventories, complete compliance processes and reduce the use of physical paper, resulting in an efficient packing experience. Today, we continue to improve and support the platform with constant updates and adding new features, integrations and enhancing security updates.
