Pragmatic approach founded on experience that delivers
We work in partnership with our Clients, using our unique methodology that incorporates a cycle of "Clay Models". Once the requirements are captured we build a working Clay Model of the core components for validation with a group of key stakeholders. This is refined through few cycles, before a full development is commenced. Our experience is that, given the opportunity to touch and feel the proposed solution, the stakeholders are able to properly engage and inform the design. Crucially, they are able to identify the components that would work for the business and those that would not in terms of the day to day operations. We find this improves the design, uptake and shorter time for the new system to become embedded into business.
